4 Skewers weighing apx 50 gms each.
Preparation Instructions:
For Oven:
1) Preheat oven to 200* celsius.
2) Place the skewers on the oven tray/grill.
3) After 2 minutes, brush the skewers with the oil/butter.
4) Cook for 3 more minutes.
For BBQ or Pan:
1) Place the skewers down for 2-3 minutes.
2) Flip the skewers.
3) Brush with oil or butter
4) Grill for 3 more minutes.
Best served with plum jam/ chilli oil/ tamarind chutney.
