Juicy succulent pulled chicken made with our 2 day marinated, smoked and then slow roasted chickens. Mixed with our house made BBQ sauce.
Preparation Instructions:
1) Thaw out the chicken.
2) In a non stick pan, add a knob of butter.
3) Put in the BBQ pulled chicken and heat for 3-4 mins.
4) Optional: Add a few tsps of water to loosen it up.
Best served in a burger, salad, sandwiches or just as is!
